Frequently asked questions
How do I add a graphic request to the list?
You'll receive access to a unique form and a project board that allows you to track progress, change item priority, and download completed graphics.
How do we send you team headshots and photos?
However you feel most comfortable. Most likely through Google Drive, but arrangements can be made if necessary. You must have permission to use any photos you share with us to create graphics with.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that things change. You can cancel your plan at any time and we’ll refund you the difference already paid.
What all is included in the team website?
If you choose the Championship Plan, you'll receive one of our team websites as an add-on to the Silver Plan. To see everything included in your team website, click here.
How does billing work?
We'll send you an invoice, or monthly invoices, via Stripe that will accept multiple payment methods.
